FOOD ALERT - Cocoa Beach

Get ready for some good food Cocoa Beach. The new Cafe Surfinista is days from opening. Lucky neighbors like yours truly have been sampling menu items for the last few days as the kitchen has been ramping up in preparation for the grand opening. If healthy, economical and creative food is your thing, you're in luck. Sandwiches, wraps, salads, fresh squeezed juice, coffee, ceviche, etc. My favorite so far, the Byron Bay wrap with hummus, avocado, cheeze and assorted vegetables served with blue corn chips and salsa. I predict huge success for this welcome addition to the downtown Cocoa Beach food scene. The Cafe is in the old Da Kine Diego's building on north 1st St. just off A1A.
