Another one bites the dust

This little oceanfront house which was to be the clubhouse for the condos behind was torn down this week to open up the views for the unsold units in hopes of helping them sell. Same fate as the beautiful seagrape cover at 24th St. by the same developer with likely the same hohum reaction from potential buyers.
